[Built to compound]

SEO that compounds, not a project that stalls

Most agencies run SEO as a one-off project, a list of fixes shipped and forgotten. We run it as a measured system: we track exactly where you show up across search and AI, prioritize the work with the most commercial upside, and measure the impact of everything we ship. That's how organic search becomes a channel that compounds, instead of a cost that plateaus.

How we make you the result
buyers find

01

Find your biggest growth opportunities

Rankings alone don't tell you what to do. We track your visibility across search and AI, benchmark you against competitors, and pinpoint the exact keywords, pages, and links with the most commercial upside, so every move we make is backed by data, not a hunch.

“99% of agencies suck. But you guys do not. 1 month of working with you, and our referrals from ChatGPT are up 29%.”

Rank for what your buyers search

Publishing more content doesn’t get you ranked; engineering it for the query does. We research the exact searches your buyers make, then build every page with CITABLE, our framework for the depth, structure, and evidence that earns rankings and citations, and put it through senior editors so what ships is accurate, original, and worth reading.

Earn the authority that helps you compete

Rankings follow authority, and authority is earned. We build it through digital PR, genuine relationships, and placements in the communities and review sites your buyers already trust, the kind of links that let you compete with far bigger domains.

Build the technical foundation your rankings need

Great content can't rank on a broken site. We fix the technical foundation rankings depend on: crawlability, site speed, architecture, indexation, and structured data. We focus on what actually moves the needle, not an endless checklist.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does a B2B SaaS SEO agency actually do?

A B2B SaaS SEO agency turns organic search and AI answers into demos, trials, and pipeline, not just traffic. In practice that means technical SEO fixes, high-intent keyword research, content production, link building through digital PR, and measurement tied to revenue. We add answer engine optimization so your brand gets recommended when buyers ask AI tools about your category. Every fix and every article targets buyers who are ready to evaluate a solution.

What is the difference between SEO and AEO, and do I need both?

SEO earns rankings and clicks on Google. AEO earns citations inside AI answers from ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini. They run on the same content operation and compound, because strong organic authority is one of the biggest signals LLMs use to decide who to cite. For B2B SaaS in 2026 you need both. We run them as one channel across two surfaces, not two separate retainers.

Will AEO replace SEO?

No. AEO does not replace SEO, it extends it. Search is one channel now running on two surfaces: traditional results and AI-generated answers. The same authoritative, well-structured content that ranks on Google is what LLMs retrieve and cite. Treating them as rivals means underinvesting in both. We run SEO and AEO as a single operation, so wins on one surface feed the other.

Does SEO still work for B2B SaaS in 2026?

Yes. Google still drives the large majority of search traffic, and strong organic authority is one of the main signals AI engines use when they decide which brands to cite. SEO is not dead, it is the foundation AEO builds on. What has changed is that ranking alone is no longer enough. The winners optimize for Google and for AI answers at the same time. At Sova Assessment, organic became the number one channel for leads and MQLs within a month.

How long does SEO take to deliver results for a SaaS company?

Expect early movement in 4 to 6 weeks, meaningful traffic by month 3, and pipeline impact by month 6. It can come faster: at Sova Assessment, organic demo requests rose 167% within roughly four weeks of us publishing new content. AI citations often move quicker still: with the CITABLE framework, client content has earned its first citations within 72 hours, and one B2B SaaS client went from 575 to 3,500+ AI-referred trials in 7 weeks. Traditional SEO compounds more slowly, but the two reinforce each other.

How much does a B2B SaaS SEO agency cost?

Most B2B SaaS SEO retainers run $5,000 to $15,000 a month for 10 to 15 articles. Our plans work differently. Each tier bundles content at volume, technical SEO, Reddit citation work, and AI visibility tracking into one month-to-month engagement with no lock-in, rather than charging for them piece by piece. Current tiers and what each includes are on our pricing page. We deliberately do not compete at the commodity end, where quality control breaks down.

How do I choose the right SEO agency for a B2B SaaS company?

Look for SaaS-specific experience, a bottom-funnel keyword focus over vanity traffic, and reporting tied to pipeline rather than rankings alone. Ask whether they can actually execute or only hand you an audit. In 2026, also ask how they optimize for AI search, since most agencies bolt AEO onto old playbooks without a documented method. We tell you what to do and then do it, with a named framework, CITABLE, and our own retrieval research behind it.

What should you look for in an AEO agency?

Look for a documented methodology, original research, and proof they can execute, not just audit. Many agencies added “AEO” to their pages in 2026 without changing how they work. Ask how they test AI visibility, whether they invest in Reddit, around 27% of ChatGPT’s search results reference it, and how they report impact. We built CITABLE from our own research on how LLMs retrieve content, and we measure results in pipeline, not citation counts alone.

How do you measure SEO and AI search success?

We start with pipeline and business impact, then work backwards through three layers. First, leading indicators: on the AI side, mention rate, citation share, and share of voice for the prompts and topics you care about; on the Google side, rankings for the commercial queries that matter. Second, page-level signals: referral traffic and organic traffic, split branded versus non-branded. Third, conversions, ideally with self-reported attribution. We track it all across Google and AI answers in our in-house visibility tracker, so a technical SEO win and an AI-citation win show up in the same view, and every metric ties back to revenue. If a number moved, we tell you why, not just what.

How is Discovered Labs different from other SEO agencies?

Most SEO agencies are stuck in 2015, chasing backlinks and celebrating traffic that does not convert. We are an organic search agency built AEO-native, led by an AI researcher and a growth operator who scaled a B2B company past $20M ARR. We optimize for Google and AI answers together, run Reddit as citation infrastructure, and ship editorially reviewed content built to be cited. Most importantly, we tell you what to do and then do it, rather than handing you a dashboard.
